Over 80% Indian engineers are unemployable due to lack of new-age technology skills - Reported by India Today. With a decline in the number of jobs in the market, there is an increasing need to prepare students with industry-oriented skills. This is possible through relevant courses which will help them in upskilling as per the demands of a changing industry. Thus, GTU’s Design Innovation Centre (DIC – MHRD Scheme) has taken a bold step towards establishing Gujarat state as leader by launching various Online & Offline Certificate Courses at huge discounted price in Design, Innovation and Emerging Technologies for skill development, employment opportunities as well as leading towards start-up creation to benefit students, alumni’s and working professionals. Prof. (Dr.) Navin Sheth, Hon.
